Group A leader Jan - 5.7 miles, no stiles, 2 hours walking. Some woodland paths and road walking. Mud in places but the footpaths are generally good. Passing the Forest Oak, a survivor of the medieval Forest of Morfe, a royal hunting forest from the 12th Century onwards. Estimated to be 800+ years old. There are no steep climbs (please do not climb the Forest Oak - Ed.).
Group B - Our walk is 5miles takes 2hrs has no stiles and no mud, there is one low branch to avoid and a few steps with no handrail. A very pleasant mostly woodland walk.
